Complete renovation of an existing residence. We designed and drafted the new floor plan layout which included the kitchen, additional butlers pantry, new bathrooms, powder room, living room with library style shelving along with the selection of the new finishes. Walls were removed to open up what was a very dark and dated space allowing more light to flow through.
