Another complete renovation. The existing floor plan was drawn, assessed and re-designed. This allowed for a more spacious living environment, whilst increasing the size of the kitchen which fulfilled the clients brief. New floor tiles were laid throughout,a new internal balustrade between levels gives the space a more open plan feel. The project is almost complete with one last item of custom designed joinery to be installed. New furniture completes the project
