Renovation of an existing apartment block in North Bondi.
We designed and drafted a new floor plan layout, moving the kitchen to a new location to take advantage of the view. The bathroom became a combined bathroom/laundry to capitalise on precious floor space and lots of storage was added throughout the place. Finishing the project off we selected and purchased all new furniture for our clients who are located in London...they were super happy with the final result.
