Our stunning Black Rock project showcases the epitome of renovation - designing a beautiful master suite to include beautiful large bedroom, walk in robe and ensuite from what was once a typical bedroom, study and small original 40s family bathroom.

This project consisted of renovating the entire downstairs floorplan of an original Edwardian 1940's double brick home. We created a master suite from the downstairs bathroom, study and bedroom to include a luxurious bedroom, walk-in robe and stunning ensuite. We brought back to life the original fireplaces, laid a new floor, added an incredible skylight to the hallway to create natural light that spills through to the living areas. A completely new contemporary kitchen was installed along with a new walk in pantry. Walls were removed to open the dining area up to the kitchen and living to create a more open and spacious floorplan. To complete the downstairs renovation we completely renovated the laundry and powder room, and of course tiled the front porch. During this renovation we kept elements such as the rendered plaster, ornate cornices, and decorative tiles to keep elements of the Edwardian aesthetics of the exterior of the home, inside.
