What a success! We are so happy for our clients, this run down old townhouse has been given new life.

The Tasmanian Oak floors that were hidden under the carpets for 30 years are stunning. The 3 wet areas had badly rotten timber due to water leaking for years, they had to be completely replaced. Bearers, joists, and wall frames all renewed.

The old fire place was removed and new ducted heating was installed, we replaced all the old galvanised water and gas pipes, and we replaced most of the water waste pipes too.

Lots of the house was rewired, including a new switch board, new TV, phone and internet points, down lights and fans throughout, and of course new gas and electrical appliances in the Kitchen.

To finish it off we installed new carpet in the bedrooms and painted the entire house to make it a gorgeous newly renovated home.

This project was completed in 10 weeks and it was all done for under $100K
