Cabbage Tree Point
This Major Renovation Project took place in a small fishing village called Cabbage Tree Point. The home was originally a lowset brick dwelling on the water’s edge. Architect Justin Humphrey did a fabulous job of re-designing the home to include new indoor & outdoor living spaces making better use of the North Easterly Aspect & cool breezes off the Bay.
The new on trend indoor outdoor living spaces have become the focal point of the home thus enabling easy entertaining for large groups of family & friends. These living spaces flow easily onto the existing path & out to the jetty at the water’s edge.
The colours of the home blend well with the surrounds & incorporate whites, natural timbers & hues of green/blues to reflect the coastal waterside property.
The new works have been linked seamlessly to the existing dwelling by creating a formal entry accessed by way of a screened pathway on the southern side of the home.
