Construction has now been completed on our second story addition and internal remodel renovation in Carindale on Brisbane's Southside. This lowset brick 4 bedroom home received second story addition to create much needed space for this family. The existing ground floor has been remodeled to make room for a much larger and more open plan kitchen, family and meals area as well as a master suite and guest bedroom. The living space on the ground floor now has a separate office and media room and large store room.

The new second level has a teenagers retreat with three new bedrooms, living area and shared bathroom. This project was delivered right on schedule to our happy clients ready to move in the week before Christmas.
