Featuring 5 large bedrooms, 3 living areas, two decks and a large alfresco living space this 420 sqm home is located on a prime parkland position on a 607 sqm block.
Interior Designer Melissa Woodcroft from Ivy Rose Interior Design worked with our construction team on designing a Hamptons style home suitable for a young family. Each space has been carefully considered from the french pattern travertine entry pillars to the stunning views over the pool from the fire place.
This home was completed with automated lighting and air-conditioning system, solar energy for the house and the pool as well as fully automated flyscreens in the alfresco area.
The home was fully landscaped with landscaping design by landscape architect Porter Designs. The backyard is lined with star jasmine and mock orange hedges while the front entry was lined with roses and lavender.
We have loved working on this project and it was so nice to see it all come together when completed in July 2017.
