"Help me pls, I've downsized!". My client downsized from a very spacious home to a 2 bedroom, one living room, single garage townhouse.

The interior of this split level property was in desperate need of more than a serious makeover. We moved a few walls and stole wasted space from the combined bathroom/toilet, garage and entry, to create an entirely new open lower level living area, a sitting room, an entertainer's dining/kitchen, a luxurious bathroom and powder room. The exterior woodwork was given a new paint colour, concrete stairs tiled and the once old and dull entry door now looking stunning with a new bold paint colour.

We have transformed this townhouse into a very liveable, practical and spacious home.
