CREMORNE 3
This client had a vision in modernizing the rear of a tired 1970s Cremorne family home and hoped to create a luxurious feel to their garden.
We identified the need for a build-in entertainment and fireplace joinery in the space across from the heart of the home, the kitchen. We turned an unused rear corner into a study/storage space. We also wanted to design a luxury kitchen with a butlers pantry which has a dual function as an internal laundry.
Furthermore, we landed on a new engineered flooring across the areas of the house to tie all of the rooms together. Finally, we arranged custom-made steel doors to the rear to create the impact that the client requested on the garden.
The choices of color and luxury materials helped create the beautiful outcome.
All features of the renovation were carefully considered in order to refresh the feel of the home & turn the client's vision of open plan living into reality.
