The owner of this Inner West terrace was in need of more space and the functionality of a modern home. The need for an internal laundry was a priority for the client. It was incorporated into the final design for a beautiful and functional space that has drastically improved their quality of life within the home.

The two-toned kitchen in a transitional style with beautifully finished mid-toned timber flooring allows the design theme to flow from room to room, with the black accents being used throughout the home in areas such as the bathrooms and laundry room.

The overall materials were rigorously considered with the client to allow the home to feel in keeping with its traditional heritage while adding modern design elements to create a spacious and functional space that the client desired.
