This impressive project in Floreat involved a complete renovation of a 1950’s cottage with a large modern extension at the back of the home. The owners were keen to integrate the new with the old and retained some of the existing features such as jarrah window frames and floor boards. The house flows seamlessly into the modern extension which incorporates a large open plan living and dining room as well as a beautiful outlook onto the backyard and pool. Arrital’s cabinetry was used throughout along with Italian made fixtures from Gessi, Rifra and Karol. A perfect home for a young growing family, the end result is simply stunning!
