The Karol ‘KS’ Collection by Mark Sadler was used as a feature in this cool, contemporary bathroom project. The vanity in black gloss lacquer with a Corian moulded free flow basin creates a visual statement upon entry to the bathroom. Strip lighting above the Karol mirror frames the wall beautifully and highlights the floating cabinetry.
Following the client’s design direction, the freestanding ‘Deonne’ Bathtub pairs beautifully with the soft lines of the ‘Puravida’ tap ware by Hans Grohe. Two nib walls separate the shower and toilet areas and a clever use of shadow lighting in the ceiling create a relaxing ambience in the room. Allowing for seamless functionality, a channel floor grate drainage system has been installed in the shower.
Porcelenosa Cubica Bianco wall tiles add texture and glamour to the walls and Keope black lava tiles have been used on the floor for an interesting contrast.
Overall a chic and inviting inner city retreat has been achieved for the client.
