Retreat Design completed a full renovation of this apartment located at The Moorings in North Fremantle. With a magnificent view of the Swan River, the client’s brief was to create a contemporary and functional residence which tied in with their current furnishings and classic style.

An open plan kitchen with central island bench is the perfect vantage point for the river views with Arredo3 Cabinetry in a mix of matte white and oak grain laminate (Rovere Cuoio). Caesartone Bianco Drift was selected for the benchtops and features heavily throughout the apartment. The splashback in Tempered and Miralux bronze adds warmth to the colour scheme and helps to reflect light. An appliance cabinet with retractable doors and a butlers pantry allow for maximum functionality and storage capacity. The Main Bedroom had a full upgrade with new wardrobes, tv cabinet, dressing room and credenza designed by Retreat Design. The master ensuite was renovated with luxury fixtures and an impressive freestanding Dado bathtub. We incorporated a window into the existing layout to add more natural light and give this bathroom a contemporary feel. The main bathroom and powder room were also renovated in a similar style, continuing the design theme throughout. New storage units and a revamped laundry as well as new flooring and carpet complete the look.
