The brief was to transform a tired weather board cottage into a bright Hamptons style home. A large living area was under-utilised so we re designed it to accommodate a new kitchen with banquet seating and a study nook, white shaker detailing was used for the cabinetry with a large butlers sink creating a traditional Hamptons feel which our clients loved. The new windows were custom made in a traditional style in keeping with the heritage of the home. We designed bespoke joinery around the fire place and turned an old store room into a beautiful large laundry and mud room. the original laundry was turned into a family bathroom complete with double shower.
