This project transformed the building from its previous restaurant iteration into an upscale bistro setting in the heart of Newport. A complete redesign included a new first floor dining room addition, two new bars, custom mahogany woodwork throughout, and re-work of all utilities. Hull Cove worked closely with the Historic District Commission, Zoning Department, and state and local Fire Marshals to receive all necessary approvals.
