Located a short walk from Easton’s Beach in Newport, this project was a complete renovation and addition to an existing cape style residence. The owners wanted an open plan where they could cook, entertain guests and have a view of the beach beyond from any point on the main level. On the second floor an expansive master suite was created in the addition to capture easterly light and provide a private retreat.
