This project has included various renovation and historic restoration throughout the property. Interior work includes redesign of rooms with a theme more in keeping with the original use of the building as a horse stable to a larger Newport estate. Exterior work includes removal of previous non-historically correct alterations and replacing them with period appropriate trim details, copper lined wood gutters, and custom mahogany door and window units.
