I was employed to create a unique render finish inspired by some amazing aged organic finishes the client had found in a coffee table book. He had purchased a cement based wash which he was intending to apply over render. I then Benjafied it creating a unique render texture and then added a secret recipe to the cement finish which allowed me to polish it during the drying process. Inspired by Moroccan Tadelakt I used pebbles founs on the property and then burnished with a trowel.
