This cute apartment had sat untouched for over 70 years. The brief was to create a home that anyone could live in and love so I focused on cool tones, added interest through feature tiles and created warmth in the hybrid floorboards.

Working to a budget can be challenging in a whole home renovation, so smart use of space and careful choices in fixtures and finishes is important, in order to meet the budget whilst also meeting the client brief.
