Number 4

The brief was to create a light and bright home that offered a second living room, home office, second bathroom and most importantly an entertainers kitchen that encouraged indoor/outdoor living.

Keeping in the existing footprint, the floor plan was changed to relocate the kitchen to the rear of the house, moving the awkward living space to the middle of the house. This allowed for more function in the kitchen and to take advantage of the natural light that floods this area.

The existing laundry and powder room were converted to a full bathroom and more functional laundry with additional custom designed storage.

Old terracotta tiles were removed and replaced with beautiful Blackbutt engineered timber boards, offering a more luxurious feel under foot and warmth to the cool palette.
