The main focus of the design brief was to create a home that was more spacious, welcoming, functional and stylish in appearance, with clean lines and neutral tones throughout. Utilising the existing footprint, I re-worked the floor plan at the rear of the home to create a bigger, modern kitchen with walk in pantry. The island was designed with an oversized breakfast bar and features beautiful Caesarstone waterfall. The best part of this design was that it allowed for better indoor/outdoor living, a zoned dining space and more functional family room which allowed for the central living room in the house to be more formal.
