Summer Hill Apartment
A FUSION OF CRISP, CONTEMPORARY INTERIOR STYLE WITH WARMTH, CHARACTER AND CHARM.
A brand new apartment oozing clean lines and minimalism but lacking originality and warmth. This divorcee engaged RSd to help him soften his new found urban nest and differentiate it from all the other 'cold white boxes'. Taking inspiration from the adjacent heritage flour mill Michelle injected subtle industrial elements, tactile fabrics, aged finishes and visual texture. The rectilinear language is balanced with curves, the harsh lines are softened with ambient lighting, and the apartment is infused with personality by decorating with meaningful objects and bold personal photographic images.
