Top to Toe Renovation - complete internal makeover
Top-to-Toe Renovation with stunning blue and white Hamptons kitchen
This home renovation was one of our popular Top-to-Toe Renovation packages and involved a complete refurbishment of the entire home internally.
From the front door to the back door, from the floor to the ceiling, every square inch of the home was renovated. Minor remodelling of the floorplan took place and a gorgeous blue and white Hamptons style kitchen was installed, along with a new laundry, deluxe walk-in robes and a renovated bathroom and ensuite.
Old carpets and old tiling in the living areas was removed and timber-look flooring was laid throughout. This created a greater sense of continuity in areas such as the hallway which were tiled and the living area which were carpeted. By having timber throughout, the floorplan and natural movement between rooms was more natural and less disjointed. It also gave the home a greater sense of space.
The old kitchen had a high upstand on the bench that cut the kitchen off from the rest of the living area. We removed the entire kitchen and remodelled the floorplan slightly here, removing a wall and changing the entrance to the laundry.
New BLUE Hampton’s Kitchen!
The entire kitchen was redesigned and remodelled and a new Hampton’s inspired kitchen using the Hampton classic colour of blue was installed. Everyone who sees this kitchen just says ‘WOW’. The transformation is incredible.
The kitchen is the heart of the home and it is now just so inviting. The breakfast bar and seating has opened the kitchen up to the rest of the home and the whole area feels lighter, brighter and more spacious.
A beautiful result and exactly what the owners were looking for.
Spruced up bathrooms and a completely new Laundry
The ensuite bathroom and second bathroom had beautiful renovations with modern fixtures and classic tiling, The laundry is now better designed and there is space for everything that needs to be in there with stacks of storage built in.
Stunning Side by Side Walk-in Robes. The old closet on the side of the master bedroom has undergone an incredible makeover. With mirrored doors to reflect light, this stunning walk thru robe is a fashionisters dream!
Painting and a little magic from our Interior Designer. Our Interior Designer worked together with the homeowners to select a colour palette that was modern yet classic. They nailed it.
