ASID Award winning kitchen for 2017! CHALLENGES: Despite the large size, my clients’ kitchen was dark and lacked functionality. SOLUTIONS: The design for the new kitchen and entire main floor renovation incorporates my clients’ design aesthetic and embraces "Santa Barbara" styling. Magnificent custom wood doors throughout, beamed ceilings, chiseled edge travertine flooring, and rugged wrought iron details are a few of the highlights. I've incorporated lovely but durable surfaces to suit their lifestyle. Enlarging windows and adding recessed lights, pendant lights and under cabinet lighting make the space brighter. Custom cabinets are all topped with durable Quartz counters and have specialty storage within easy reach. These design details give my clients’ the kitchen of their dreams.
