This Spanish Villa remodel was all about reviving and celebrating the architectural details of the home, inside and out. The main focus was a full overhaul in the kitchen, prep kitchen, guest bathrooms and Master Bath suite. The wood floors were sanded and stained and concrete tiles laid on the first floor incorporating hand-painted porcelain tile details at the stairs. The fireplaces were re-designed as well as built-in storage elements and a library added on the second level. Large multi-slide doors were installed in the Living Room to maximize the ocean views. All lighting fixtures were replaced and custom window coverings installed.
