Constructed in the late 90s, this Lennar tract-home was segmented so that it felt dark and cramped. Opening up the kitchen and dining rooms required adding steel beams and cutting the post-tension slab, however the end result justified the extra structural modifications. A large central island provides casual seating for family and guests, while custom white cabinetry and Neolith countertops complete this spacious and functional kitchen. Folding glass doors connect the new great room to the pool, greenbelt, and ocean breezes beyond, creating a light-filled and airy space. Additional updates were made throughout this house to give the owners a modern and personalized forever-home.
