We were hired to help update this home that was for sale in Laguna Beach. It had previously been a vacation home for the European owners and had most recently been a rental. We removed the Pergo floors, replaced with a warm gray wood floor, updated the cream and orange paint to bright white, removed the solid glass backsplash with a split face stone mosaic, added modern yet classic furniture and stunning artwork and accessories to this modern home with an ocean view. We also selected the exterior paint and helped the gardener to freshen up the tired and bare landscaping.
