This elegant Shady Canyon Estate proved to have several unique design challenges to overcome. From the long linear rear yard, the overall pie shaped lot, the restrictive setbacks and fuel modification requirements, and the numerous design features desired by the Client, this design layout proved to be both demanding and intriguing.
Some of the main design features include: An infinity and perimeter edge pool with a large baja shelf, an infinity edge spa, large putting green, fire-pit seating patio, covered seating patio, numerous other seating/lounge gathering areas, and BBQ & bar countertops with vast canyon views. Also included in the overall design was a complete renovation of the front and side yards creating an overall comprehensive and exquisite outdoor environment for the Clients to enjoy for many years to come.
