The main entry to the house is via the covered central courtyard. From here there are views through the main living room to the northern terrace and harbour beyond.

The central entry courtyard has a retractable roof which allows it to be used as another room in all weather conditions. The courtyard links the cellar at the bottom past the main entry door at left to the living room and terrace at top of courtyard.

Indoor and outdoor dining are arranged around a simple elegant open plan kitchen. Skylihght along the length of the kitchen ensures the spaces are bright and open.

Looking from the kitchen out to the terrace with doors open allows complete interconnection between inside and outside.

With built in shelving and display as well as a central bar unit the cellar is an enteraonment space.

The main stair wraps around a stone wall in the entry with light falling into the space from large windows on the level above.

The main bedroom has two large walk-in-robes and a separate area for bains.

Bath is set in a stone plinth under the window to take advantage of views to the harbour.

The pool and deck are located at the northern end of the site on top of a sandstone cliff with views over treetops to the harbour beyond.
