The front facade has large balconies with folding glass doors allowing the interior to pen to the views and eastern morning sun. the stone wall was retained on the site from the original cottage and extended around the new entry stairs.

open plan lounge, dining and kitchen all link to the east facing balcony.

The study has a pivot window opening into the lounge so it can be connected or separated. an angled bench and window creates access to views of the harbour.
