ECO House was one of our first home designs many years ago but why do we include this? It was our first 8 star energy efficient home featured in multiple media publications. Designed for a family with young children and situated on an elevated, north-east corner block with only one neighbour and a lush park at the rear, this exceptional modern home is truly one of a kind.

Ideally positioned on a 408m2, north facing block, sustainability was at the forefront of the design of this home, from the floor plan to the specifications. The sustainably designed home is orientated towards the north, with the specific "L" shape floor plan capitalising on an enviable aspect, taking advantage of the orientation, solar access and the surrounding context of the corner block to ensure high energy efficiency.
