One of our standout projects is a stunning acreage house gracefully positioned atop a ridgeline. This architectural masterpiece encompasses a sustainable one-storey design situated on a generous 10,000m² block. The orientation to the north-east optimally harnesses sunlight and breezes, enhancing the home’s energy efficiency and connection to the surrounding acreage landscape. The home comprises over six bedrooms and five bathrooms, with each bedroom featuring a walk-in robe and ensuite, enhancing both functionality and privacy.
The floor plan stretches 53 meters in length, oriented to take full advantage of natural light and ventilation to the north.
