LIVIA HOUSE

The Livia House showcases a masterful "U" shaped floor plan, thoughtfully constructed around a central pool and oriented towards the north to maximize natural light. The rear of the house opens up to stunning bushland vistas, seamlessly integrating the home with its natural surroundings. From the front elevation, Livia House presents a two-storey façade, while the three levels can be appreciated from the rear, offering expansive views of the lush landscape.

The middle floor serves as the main entertaining wing, featuring a spacious "L" shaped layout that includes a large elevated balcony wrapping around the northern side of the house. This design not only enhances the flow of the living spaces but also provides an ideal setting for outdoor gatherings, all while immersing residents in the serene natural environment.

On the top level, the private parents' retreat offers a serene escape, complete with carefully placed windows that invite the outdoors in. The ground floor caters to children's and guest accommodations alongside essential service areas, ensuring functionality without compromising on comfort. Each room is designed with large windows and louvres that frame picturesque views of the surrounding bushland, fostering a deep connection with nature throughout the home.

The Livia House utilizes a monochrome colour palette, both inside and out, setting a sophisticated backdrop that elevates the surrounding greenery. This choice enhances the overall aesthetic, creating a harmonious balance between architecture and nature, while providing residents with a tranquil and elegant living space.
