TRINITY HOUSE

Trinity House stands as a remarkable testament to modern luxury living, meticulously designed for a family of four with teenage/older children. The distinctive “H” shaped floor plan enables an exceptional flow of space, fostering both connectivity and privacy across the various zones. The home’s orientation toward the park at the rear enhances its appeal, seamlessly integrating indoor and outdoor living.

Upon entering the grand double-height entry foyer that is flooded in natural light, guests are greeted with a sense of openness. Immediately infront of you stands a double height void over the dining room that looks directly onto the large outdoor entertaining area. There is a grand open staircase to the right and an internal bridge above that connects the two wings of Level 01.

The left wing features a well-equipped kitchen with a wine cellar, a large butler's pantry, a laundry room, a mud room, and an expansive four-car garage. This ground level facilitates ample storage and functionality tailored for busy family life. Ascending to the first floor of the left wing, families will find the children’s wing which consists of a rumpus room and 3 children's bedrooms. Each child enjoys personal walk-in-robes and ensuites, ensuring both convenience and privacy.

On the right wing, the ground floor houses the living room, media room, a bathroom, and a large home office. The upper level above the right wing is dedicated to the master suite, providing a serene sanctuary for parents. The master bedroom's luxurious WIR includes dual spaces for his and hers, complete with seating and designated make-up areas, elevating personal comfort.

The elevation of Trinity House enhances its striking appearance, creating an impressive presence off the street when entering through the front gate house. Outdoor living is embraced with a generous terrace featuring integrated BBQ cabinetry, an external wood fireplace with dedicated timber log storage, built-in bench seating, a swimming pool, spa, and pool house, all designed to maximize leisure and social gatherings.

The choice of materials, including timeless natural stone as well as metal cladding that envelops both the walls and roofs, along with Cemintel Territory Quarry Cladding (used both internally and externally), reflects a commitment to high-quality design and durability. In Trinity House, no expense has been spared in crafting an exquisite home that champions both luxury and functionality.
