This project consisted of a 60sqm extension to the existing dwelling along with a 60sqm 1st story addition.

This brick veneer project included 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 baths and a kitchen, bath and living / dining downstairs.

Downstairs flooring is a hybrid vinyl with carpet stair treads leading up to the 1st floor and includes the bedrooms. Rooms were fitted with built in robes and tiling completed in the wet areas to the ceiling.
