Refreshed 70's Home | Leichhardt
The client brief on this project was quite clear. The home was dated and suffered sever water damage throughout this double brick home and the objective was to give the home a facelift by providing new plaster throughout, new bathroom fit out and engineered flooring through the home.
The client wanted square set ceilings which meant no cornices as well as no skirting boards which meant siliconing around all the rooms to give that nice clean sharp finish he was after.
The fireplaces were also closed off and square set with plaster where he can still house his gas fireplace.
