This internal home remodel was an exciting project for the team to work on. Reason being, the slight changes which were made to the home provided massive rewards to the aesthetics overall.

The internal flooring was in good condition, so a slight sand back to the original colour and to remove minor scratches then application of a natural water based stain was a great starting point to the styling.

By removing a load bearing wall between the lounge and dining, exposed the ceiling frames which allowed us to extend the standard height of the ceilings from 2.4 to 2.7m. The removal of any cornices and adding a shadowline finish provides emphasis on the ceiling height.

Custom Kitchen designed and installed with a gloss white polyurethane shadowline finish with added buffet cabinet to service a second oven and coffee station. This also added more storage space. A fixed panel glass to provide more natural light and compliment the sliding 3m stacker door which overlooks the rear deck was a great addition ideal for entertaining.

The home had limited natural lighting which was easily solved with installation of 3 high windows (for added privacy) and a balcony which walks onto the beautiful rear deck.

Paint to the skirtings is a vivid white which compliments the antique white 1/4 strength wall finish giving the home that "warmth" feeling.

When working with a small bathroom and laundry, it's important that it's functional. The plumbing location for the toilets were moves as were the additions of 2 internal cavity sliding doors to ensure no wall space was lost.

A double basin wall hung vanity with recessed shaving cabinet for storage is a must when your dealing with limited space.
