This home renovation project consisted of removing internal walls and unnecessary bulkheads throughout to create an open plan living space for our clients.
The removal of 2 load bearing walls allowed us to integrate the old home with the newly built extension to achieve the clients brief.

Although the client wished to create an open plan living space, a slight separation with the slatted merbau timber wall provides some privacy to the kitchen space.

With open plan living space, natural lighting is key and we have achieved this by added windows on the eastern side of the home to brighten the space.

The bedroom suffered sever water damage. We stripped the room back, repaired and remediated the issue then added all the layers of finishings to compliment the main area of the house. The client loves the neutral colours and wanted to brighten up the room with a more functional layout and windows.
