It was an absolutely great pleasure to work with Alan, Amal and Felicity from iBuild. The highlights are: Trust, honesty and accountability! For me the main key in working with Alan and his team is that I can trust his honesty and integrity as a human being that he's fair and trustworthy. He is not there to make money through cutting corners or hiding things and do wrong by you. It doesn't mean things wouldn't go wrong. They absolutely would (far more than I was hoping to). But Alan holds himself accountable. If there is a mistake from his side or his team, he would accept it and make it right. Alan finishes the job! He sees things right through to the end. Even when he has no reason to. Even when it was after us having moved in for a few months and there were bits and pieces there, but he would have things done. He's more or less accurate on his timeline and budget, albeit we argued the timeline was stretched for the work and it was, but he knew that's what he was working with. So the transparency was good. The quality of some of the supply chain is AMAZING! The kitchen and joinery team's quality is immaculate. Amal's attention to detail and project management when she starts getting involved is fantastic. If there are things to improve, it's mainly more attention to detail, more supervision on site early on and working with better professional trades in some instances (such as our poor luck with the carpenter and the roofer). All in all, despite all the ups and downs, I would do my project with iBuild again if I was to go back in time.

We recently embarked on a rather challenging job to convert a huge master bedroom to a bedroom with an ensuite, walk-in wardrobe and added a new staircase to the attic. Alan was so helpful and guided us at all stages with sound advice and recommendations. He also kept us informed on the progress at all times. His work is absolutely top quality, and was even praised by the local council people when they certified the job and works. The end result is just superb and beyond our greatest expectations. Alan, Amal, Felicity and all the tradespeople involved did a fantastic job on an extensive demolition and rebuild of a 3 bedroom house in Balmain. Their showroom and recommendation of products really assisted with choosing the kitchen, flooring, tiles etc. Amal as the project manager was amazing with great attention to detail. The team have also been extremely helpful for anything that needed to be done or fixed after handover. The end result has been everything I could have hoped for. Highly recommend as a lovely family business.

We approached the team at iBuild with a very specific and detailed concept design for our renovation, and we can honestly say that they have not only helped create our vision, but they have also enhanced the final design with their expertise and eye for detail. From the demolition of existing spaces, a new open concept kitchen, combined butlers pantry and laundry, new bedroom and ensuite, double-sided fireplace, a 3.0m plus high raked ceiling and cantilevered roof design, it was a very multi-faceted project. For someone who works in the property and construction industry, I have an eye for detail and have very high expectations on quality and workmanship. The team at iBuild have delivered beyond our expectations on all accounts. Communication with the team was open and honest. They were collaborative and accommodating. Working with them throughout the entire process was fantastic. We are extremely grateful to Alan, Amal, Felicity, Milad and the entire team at iBuild for treating our home like it was their own throughout the renovation. We found Alan and his team at iBuild after many months of problems and promises from a previous builder. From day 1 the entire team at iBuild not only picked up from where we were but totally understood our needs and also offered valued and practical choices and recommendations. We engaged iBuild to add a parents retreat to our 1920's Californian bungalow. We were looking for someone who would do what they said they would, complete the job on time and within budget, do quality work and would take care of everything for us as we are a time poor family. We expected that like most people that we would have to accept that the job would get done at double the quoted time and way over budget as that is normal for builders right? Well we couldn't have been more wrong. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Alan / Amal and the team were absolutely fantastic. The job was done on time and on budget, the workmanship was great, any small issues that arose (these are inevitable as no matter what you plan, there will be unforeseen items) they worked with us to make us happy. I know so many people who have horror stories of renovations they have done and builders who don't deliver, who make everything hard, who don't turn up and don't deliver on time or budget. If you wanted something else done it was easy and they were happy to do it at a fair price rather than others who try and gouge you and just want to tick off the contract and move to the next job. We have had so many friends and neighbours who have watched the work of Alan and the team and asked for their details (one has already committed to a job with iBuild) because they saw the quality and the speed of the work they do. They are always available to talk if you want no matter the time. What builder sets up a whatsapp group with you and respond to you whenever you need something? You also manage the job using the Buildertrend app which is so easy. I cannot recommend iBuild highly enough. Once you talk to Alan and Amal you will see how much they really care about the work they do and what great people they are. Deal with confidence.

Great team, Great Job. We got the iBuild Group for a massive renovation in West Pennant Hills. The team was very helpful, co-operative and happy to solve any issues. Their show room was a great help and made the exhausting and annoying selection job much easier. We made some changes in the plan and they happily agreed and proceeded with that. Both my wife and I are extremely happy with the renovations of both our bathrooms and toilet area.From the moment we met the Showroom Manager Felicity and the inspection of their showroom we knew they were the company to deal with. Felicity was very professional in her suggestions and the many photos and referrals she showed us made the job of selecting the final appearance of our make over a breeze. iBuild Group were contracted to undertake a renovation of our bathroom and powder room. The whole project was undertaken meticulously and professionally, firstly due to the collaboration between Alan and Felicity in designing, then the exceptional project management undertaken by Alan. At all times the tradesmen were friendly, skilled and timely. The standard of workmanship was constantly checked and we were regularly consulted. We were able to track the work through a a very detailed contract and were involved in all stages of the project. The result was, as Alan from iBuild Group had promised, a bathroom we would love.

We engaged iBuild to design and refurbish our 3 bathrooms and Laundry. Having worked through the options and designs we settled on a full refurbishment that extended into a Kitchen renovation and internal wall changes that enable more efficient use of our internal space and build us a dream kitchen, butlers pantry and extend the size of our Laundry. Throughout this process iBuild managed all trades man and every element of our project above and beyond our expectations. This project changed from a minor renovation to a complete house refurbishment that extended to all floors being replaced with either tiles or wooden floor boards and internal wall changes to maximise space and living efficiently. Items that we had not thought of Alan, Milad and their team came up with suggestions, designs and finishes that enhanced the over all look and delivered an even better outcome than we expected. They definitely promised the best and delivered over and above this in finish, workmanship and attention to detail and design. Lin and I can not more highly recommend them to any one who wants a superior job done that delivers with attention to detail and above exception workmanship, design and quality finishes. We will long enjoy the renovation that this team has deliver to us and made our house modern, current with exquisite finishes and even more enjoyable to live in.
