Federation Shaker Kitchen in a Traditional Hand Pained finish
Federation Shaker Panel Kitchen Renovation and Laundry / Vanity with Granite Benchtops and Glass Splashbacks by Compass Kitchens.
Our clients beautiful home is situated in the picturesque Adelaide Hills and was built Circa 1895 using a Flint Stone construction. For their Kitchen Renovation our clients selected White Fantasy Granite Benchtops to provide generous preparation space. In keeping with the style of their home they also chose to use hand-painted Federation Shaker doors and drawer fronts, whith this finish providing a resilient, hard wearing and easy to care for surface, with this style complimenting their home and its other existing Decor and furniture.
In their Kitchen our client opted for a Square-line Double Undermount Stainless Steel Sink and chose a 1200mm Belling Electric Oven Range and Canopy Hood. We concealed their Miele Integrated Dishwasher with planted Shaker Drawer panels. Storage was optimized with these Custom Made Cabinets where introduced Drawers where ever practical; making 24 of our custom Wooden Drawers in total. All these Drawers have quality concealed full-extension Blum Runners which are also Soft-close. We used Quality cream porcelain T knobs and matching Drop Handles with Pewter mounts.
To finish off this Kitchen our clients also chose to use easy to care for, streamlined Opti-Clear Glass Splashbacks in a matching Warm White from the Dulux range.
Our Client has now recently kindly asked us back to complete for them another project; where having now renovated their main Bathroom and adjoining Laundry, we designed for them a multi-functional bathroom Vanity / Laundry space with lots of Storage and additional usefull Bench space. We have made this cabinetry in the Hand Painted Shaker Style to match the Kitchen and Pantry units we had made for them earlier. Here now we have incorporated a versatile and stylish Belfast Sink and Georgian Style Nicolazzi Sink Mixer. We also added in-built overhead LED Task Lighting and a Mirror Splashback for vanity use. For this Vanity / Laundry space our client opted again for resilient Granite Benchtops whereby additng a touch of elegance where this time they selected contrasting Black Pearl Granite which perfectly compliments their new Black & White wall and floor tiles.
