• Avoid constructing new footings – minimise cost
• Remove existing asbestos cement cladding
• Wherever possible maximise the northern aspect
• Minimise the impact of summer sun and ensure good cross ventilation
• Open plan living, dining with new kitchen
• Playroom and study required in addition to living areas and bedrooms
