SITUATED ON A STEEP EAST FACING BLOCK AND COMBINED WITH LANDSLIP, BUSHFIRE AND ACCESS HAZARDS, THIS PROJECT THREW DOWN THE CHALLENGES!
A small weatherboard beach shack stands at the top of the hill with magnificent views over Newport Beach. Our clients quickly outgrowing the family home they engaged Fabric to design a solution to their needs and whilst enhancing any views and capturing cooling breezes. Our design approached included entertaining, pool and basement garaging designed to be easily staged during construction.
After a long, and delicate battle with Pittwater Council and the neighbours the DA was finally approved at the end of 2015. Work is under way on the construction documentation with works to start on site Mid 2016.
