The brief was to renovate the existing kitchen living and dining areas to capture the views towards the lake. Being situated on the Central Coast and with stunning water views, the client wanted a contemporary, yet timeless, coastal vibe to the new space. Fabric Architecture opened up the rear of the house by demolishing existing walls and extending towards the lake. New stacking aluminium doors lead to a new covered deck whilst Velux skylights ensure winter sunlight is captured into the living spaces.
