Kitchen, laundry and two bathrooms renovated to this family home. A large kitchen was modified to allow for an island bench and more room for table and couch in the family living area. The adjacent laundry was modified to give accessible storage, hide the heating ducts and to have a doorway not opening directly to the kitchen. The main bedroom was modified to give a private parents retreat by relocating doorways and moving/adding walls. A new compact but highly functional walk-in-robe was added. The family bathroom now boasts a large bath, walk-in shower and vanity cabinet with an adjacent dedicated room for a guest toilet and separate basin.
