Major renovation of an existing house with beach & city views. Kitchen, bathrooms, laundry and study area. Colour scheme for the house was based on the Statuario marble benches and splashback in the kitchen - white, charcoal and silver. Multi level home with living room looking over the kitchen towards the city on one side and beach in the other direction. Beautifully book-matched stone benchtop in the kitchen with matching splashback behind a stainless steel bench. Powder room on same level with floor to ceiling mirror and Statuario stone surrounds.
Ensuite bathroom upstairs with sleek lines. Family bathroom downstairs to transition from the period features at the front of the house to the modern extension behind. Downstairs entertaining area with small study desk and adjacent laundry for the ultimate in entertaining space.
Garage to the rear of the property has a guest suite above with a sauna, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette.
