Sunbury Kitchen, Laundry & Powder Room.

A large renovation involving a new kitchen, laundry & powder room. New timber floor was installed throughout. The cabinetry in all areas was the same - a simple white shaker style door and Colonial White granite for the benchtops. THe kitchen includes the dining space but is open to the adjacent living room, making this a great entertaining space. Black sink and upright stove provide a contrast. A modern white fridge was selected to blend with the cabinets.
The laundry has plenty of bench space for folding laundry as well as feeding the many pets. Also a small coat rack and timber seat make this suitable as a mudroom. Adjacent is a passageway with matching vanity cabinet - handy to the separate WC.

A small vanity basin outside the adjacent WC and laundry room. Colonial White granite is used to match the kitchen and laundry benches and used as a small splashback to surround the area. Wall hung cabinets for ease of cleaning and a sense of spaciousness. Beautiful round black basin.
