We are excited to be considered for our third project along Queensland’s Mermaid Beach. This new commission is a four-level family home, complete with an underground car park. The design allows our clients a dedicated single level exclusively for their own amenities, providing a private retreat within the home.
The outdoor area and pool facilities, positioned to overlook the beach, are complemented by a second entertaining area at the front of the property, creating an inviting entrance. The building’s design is a focused elegance, with an emphasis on time-honoured materials that will be carefully selected for the construction finishes, ensuring a timeless and refined aesthetic.
