Room With A View

This landmark apartment block with a spectacular vista of the city gave the chance to pioneer one of the first refurbishments. Numerous heritage and body corporate restraints added to the design challenge.
The alterations changed this apartment from a two bedroom residence to a large city apartment with the option of a study/guest bedroom .
The look of the apartment became paramount as the fittings needed to blend back with the environment to allow the view to be the focus when moving room to room.
