The pavilion style layout of this home provided us with many external faces to accept the breezes, with very little internal walls to obstruct the summer breeze from passing through each room of the home.
In winter, the main outdoor areas of the homes are protected from the south easterly drizzle to ensure they can be enjoyed all year round.
